Jeremy Wood with Northern Plains Engineering, gave updates on projects that the company is working on. SW, preliminary plan is ready for review. Waiting on easement signatures on 109th Avenue SW, 82nd Ave. James Kadrmas with Interstate Engineering appeared via Teams to review his company’s projects. Darin Schaeffer with Bartlett & West gave updated on his firm’s projects. Some minor redesigns to satisfy land owners. Continuing to get signatures from land owners on projects. Carl Rohde appeared for Civil Science to give updates on the projects his firm is working on.
Motion by Commissioner Dolezal, seconded by Commissioner Kleemann to accept the agenda with the following changes, COLA, Merit Plan, Holiday Policy, Inclement Weather Policy, Special Events Permit.
